Located in the Huashan area of Yunlin, a coffee shop that doesn’t need fancy embellishments to wrap the fleeting moments—Café Chamaedorea has been rooted in Huashan for 20 years. Our philosophy has always remained the same: "To provide sincere service so that guests can feel the warmth of the host." In addition, we insist on using locally sourced coffee beans from Taiwan, hoping to promote the unique flavors of Taiwanese coffee! We provide introductions to the entire process from coffee production to roasting, offer on-site roasting of coffee beans, as well as customized coffee roasting, coffee DIY classes, and delivery services!
