Erjian Mountain Trail Introduction
The Erjian Mountain Trail is approximately 380 meters long, weaving through tea plantations and industrial roads, and connects to the mountain summit ridge trail. Along the way, there are wide-open views, and strolling through it, surrounded by mountains, offers a scenic hiking trail with a sunrise advantage. In the past, the hills were filled with longan trees, and early settlers cut timber to build kilns for charcoal production, which they transported down to sell at markets, leaving behind many ancient paths that form the foundation of today's hiking trails. The trail ends at the Erjian Mountain Leisure Tea Garden, reputed to be the highest viewpoint, featuring an elegant pavilion. Sitting inside, one can enjoy the refreshing mountain breeze, while the tea garden resembles a green carpet extending down the slope, connecting with the distant layers of mountains, creating a picturesque paradise.
