Erjian Mountain Trail Introduction
The Erjian Mountain Trail is approximately 380 meters long, weaving through tea plantations and industrial roads, and connecting to the mountain ridge trail. The views along the way are broad and open, allowing for a leisurely stroll surrounded by mountains, making it a scenic trail with a favorable view of the sunrise. In the past, the slopes were covered with longan trees, and the ancestors felled trees to create kilns for charcoal production, which was then sold at the market below, leaving behind many ancient paths that form the foundation of today's hiking trails. The trail ends at the Erjian Mountain Leisure Tea Garden, reputed to be the highest viewpoint, where a charming pavilion has been erected. Sitting inside, the cool mountain breeze caresses the face, while the tea plantation resembles a green carpet extending down the slope, connecting seamlessly with the distant, layered mountains, creating a picturesque scene like a hidden paradise.
