Erjian Mountain Trail Introduction
The Erjian Mountain Trail is approximately 380 meters long, weaving through tea plantations and industrial roads, connecting to the ridge trail at the summit. The path offers open views along the way, allowing visitors to stroll amid the surrounding mountains, making it a scenic trail with an advantageous vantage point for sunrise views. In the past, the area was filled with longan trees, and the ancestors cut wood to build kilns for charcoal production to sell at the market down the mountain, leaving behind many old paths that serve as the foundation for today’s hiking trails. The trail ends at the Erjian Mountain Leisure Tea Garden, known as the highest viewpoint, where a charming pavilion has been set up. Sitting inside, one can feel the cool mountain breeze, while the tea garden spreads down like a green carpet, connecting with the layered mountains in the distance, creating a picturesque paradise.
