Yongfang Bakery Introduction

Yongfang Bakery was established by Mr. Cai Yaonan in 1995. The store normally sells bread, longevity peach pastries, turtle-shaped cakes, wedding pastries, and more, with the most popular and signature item being the bird-shaped cakes. Due to his great-grandfather's history of selling red turtle cakes, Mr. Cai learned baking from a young age and even worked as a hotel chef. This experience gives the products at Yongfang Bakery a different approach compared to traditional pastry shops. For instance, the dough for the bird-shaped cakes is made using a hot water oil dough, allowing for thinner rolling and a crispier texture after baking. Selected as one of the "319 Smiling Shops" by CommonWealth Magazine, Yongfang Bakery has developed six flavors to offer more choices to customers, including red bean, sweet potato, taro, matcha, mung bean paste, and mushroom curry.
