Zhukia Old Brand Cold Noodles Introduction
When you come to Shuishang, just ask about where to find delicious liangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and liangmian (cold noodles), and you’ll find people eagerly directing you to the must-try place under the bamboo. This is a time-honored establishment that has been around for 20 years—not only food enthusiasts but even television programs have specially come to interview them. This restaurant is also the origin of Shuishang's liangyuan and liangmian. Owner Liu Zhongyi mentions that during the summer, they can sell up to 150 kilograms of liangmian in a single day, so if you're not quick enough, you might be very disappointed.
