Xinkang Handmade Buns Introduction
The aroma of the steamed buns from "Piao Xiang Guo Hai" is irresistible, making it hard to imagine such authentic deliciousness. This shop has no extra space for dining, and lacks a flashy name. Every day at 12:30 PM, the owner, along with six or seven assistants, starts rolling out the dough, and by 1:30 PM, buns and mantou start coming out of the steamer, selling out completely within a few hours.
