Due to Nanzhuang's humid climate, many local fresh specialties have emerged, such as alpine trout, bamboo shoots, and cut log mushrooms. Over the years, with the collaboration of fresh local ingredients and continuously improved cooking techniques, it has transformed into a renowned restaurant known for its Nanzhuang specialties.
