The exterior and interior decoration of the building have been handcrafted by the owner with great attention to detail, utilizing the local specialty of bamboo to create a beautiful, simple Hakka style on a minimal budget. Boss Ni, who is of Hakka descent, is a local Hakka descendant. With his straightforward rural personality, sincere and appreciative heart, he runs this restaurant with dedication to provide guests with delicious and healthy Hakka cuisine. The ingredients are sourced from free-range local chickens, fresh fruits and vegetables produced locally, as well as traditional pickled plums, preserved vegetables, and spicy bamboo shoots made by Grandma without preservatives. Boss Ni insists on using natural, healthy, and fresh ingredients, allowing guests to not only enjoy the flavors but also experience the warmth of Hakka hospitality.
