"Fan Ben Tou," a dining place located in Fuan Village, Nanzhuang Township, is crafted by the owner himself, with each nail and hammer, showcasing a rustic Hakka style with local specialty bamboo. Owner Ni, a native Hakka, runs this restaurant with sincerity and a grateful heart, providing guests with delicious and healthy Hakka cuisine. The ingredients include free-range native chickens, fresh local produce, and grandmother's homemade pickled plums, pickled mustard greens, preserved radish, and spicy bamboo shoots, all made without preservatives. Ni emphasizes natural, healthy, and fresh ingredients, allowing guests to enjoy the flavors while experiencing the warmth of Hakka hospitality. Due to past efforts, Fan Ben Tou has received recognition as an excellent Hakka restaurant by the Miaoli County Cultural Affairs Bureau.
