Utilizing the local specialty of Guizhu bamboo, it reflects the simple beauty of Hakka style with minimal costs. The owner, Boss Ni, is a local Hakka person, and with his honest and sincere character, he operates this restaurant with care, allowing guests to enjoy delicious and healthy Hakka cuisine. The ingredients come from free-range local chickens, fresh vegetables and fruits produced in the area, and grandmother's pickles free of preservatives like dried plums, preserved mustard, radish, and spicy bamboo shoots. Boss Ni insists on using natural, healthy, and fresh ingredients, offering customers not just flavors but also the warmth and hospitality of Hakka people. Due to past efforts, Fan Pen Tou has received recognition as an outstanding Hakka cuisine restaurant certified by the Miaoli County Cultural Affairs Bureau.
