Fan Pen Tou Introduction
"Fan Pen Tou" is a dining place located in Funan Village, Nanzhuang Township. The exterior and interior decor of the building were handcrafted by the owner, with every nail and hammer stroke, utilizing local specialty bamboo to create a rustic Hakka style with minimal costs. The owner, Mr. Ni, is a local Hakka descendant with a genuine and sincere personality. He runs the restaurant with a heart full of gratitude and care, allowing customers to enjoy delicious and healthy Hakka cuisine. The ingredients are sourced from free-range farm chickens, locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables, and Grandma's homemade pickled plums, preserved vegetables, and spicy bamboo shoots, all free of preservatives. Mr. Ni insists on using natural, healthy, and fresh ingredients, ensuring that customers not only enjoy great food but also experience the warmth of Hakka hospitality. Due to his past efforts, Fan Pen Tou has received recognition as a certified excellent Hakka cuisine restaurant by the Miaoli County Cultural Affairs Bureau.
