Zhongping Vegetarian Home Introduction
The restaurant was founded in the 48th year of the Republic of China by Huang Jingxing and his wife Wu Shimei, who jointly opened the Zhongping Vegetarian House in the Zhongli Station business district, nearly reaching half a century. Initially starting as a noodle stall, Grandma Wu Shimei's signature vegetarian mixed vegetable noodles have become a shared memory among students traversing the Yuan Circle business area. In the early days, when vegetarian cuisine was not well developed, all vegetarian ingredients were self-developed (signature vegetarian fish, vegetarian cod, mushroom chicken rolls, vegetarian liver, lion's head, red yeast rice vegetarian meat), and to this day, we still insist on making everything in-house without outsourcing, especially the signature sweet and sour vegetarian fish, which has gained a great reputation and is the best offering for vegetarian enthusiasts during festivals and ancestor worship. Currently, our services include: catering for banquets, vegetarian New Year's dishes, various a la carte fast stir-fries, economical set meals, customized bento boxes, delivery of table dishes for weddings, refined set meals, baked rice and noodle personal meals, and more… We offer multiple consumption models for customers to choose from. Our restaurant also maintains public liability insurance of ten million for customers' peace of mind.
