Chuanlong Old House Tofu Workshop Introduction
In Gongguan Township, there is a century-old house along the Chuanlong Stream. Beside the quaint and rustic sign, you can enjoy the rich aroma of handmade tofu and douhua while listening to the babbling water, spending a delightful afternoon! The "Chuanlong Stream" runs throughout the Gongguan and Tongluo areas, flowing continuously for 173 years. This source of flowing water is the lifeblood of over 800 hectares of farmland downstream and serves as the lifeblood of the area, witnessing the history of our ancestors’ hard work in transforming wasteland into fertile land. The gentle sound of the water carries a page after page of stories.
