Man Shu Qing Ya Gu Keng Specialty Coffee Introduction
Manshu Elegant Café was founded in 2013 as a local specialty coffee brand in Gukeng. It specializes in self-roasted coffee beans, imported/Taiwan coffee beans, and hand-brewed coffee. The products include whole coffee beans, drip coffee bags, bath coffee bags, and two-in-one/three-in-one coffee. The brand insists on strict selection of raw beans before roasting, ensuring high quality and rich, flavorful coffee. The locally sourced Taiwanese beans come from Gukeng in Yunlin, Meishan in Chiayi, and Alishan in Lijia and Dabang. The coffee is cultivated using methods closest to nature, without chemical fertilizers and pesticides, preserving the original taste of the coffee. It won the championship for domestic specialty coffee beans in 2014.
