In 1999, the founder of Yun Ding Cafe, Xu Mei-You, decided to abandon her stable civil service job to fully immerse herself in the coffee industry she loves. She researched the types of coffee trees suitable for Huashan, learned how to roast coffee beans, and gained related knowledge, becoming the first landscape coffee shop in Huashan, thus driving the entire Gukeng coffee market. Committed to a 0 km food mileage from farm to table, we insist on using local ingredients, ensuring food doesn't travel more than one kilometer. This allows our guests to enjoy fresh air, spring water, meals, and coffee while being surrounded by mountains and night views. The aroma of Yun Ding coffee in the clouds is something we want to share with you. Our shop is family-friendly and pet-friendly. We have family play facilities that allow parents to enjoy coffee while accompanying their children. We provide a spacious courtyard where dogs can relax and roam (dogs must be leashed at all times or in a stroller).
