Weaving Cloud Pavilion Introduction
The Zhiyun Pavilion is located in the Douliu Zhuweizi Industrial Zone and serves as a branch of the Textile Industry Comprehensive Research Institute, aiming to promote high-quality Taiwanese textiles, enhance textile design, and advance service-oriented manufacturing. Named Zhiyun, it carries a direct meaning of weaving in Yunlin; "weaving" represents practical operations and rational presentations, while "cloud" implies the extension of dreams and emotional expressions. Its inner significance lies in connecting rationality and emotionality to realize dreams. Through the Zhiyun Pavilion, we hope to showcase the excellence of Taiwanese textiles, provide you with the best of Taiwanese textiles, and bring you closer to the beauty of textiles around you. The Zhiyun Pavilion officially opened on May 15, 2013, and is open for visits by appointment; it regularly hosts results exhibitions and promotional events. Guided tours of the machinery help visitors understand the textile manufacturing process, while detailed explanations introduce the applications and fashion trends of textiles; it also showcases and sells high-quality products made in Taiwan, providing a new marketing channel for Taiwan's advantageous textile manufacturing industry.
