Weaving Cloud Pavilion Introduction
The Zhiyun Pavilion is located in the Douliu Zhuwei Industrial Zone and serves as a branch of the Textile Industry Research Institute. Its goals are to promote Taiwan's high-quality textiles, deepen textile design, and advance the service-oriented transformation of the manufacturing industry. The name "Zhiyun" carries a direct meaning related to weaving in Yunlin; "weaving" represents practical operations and rational presentation, while "cloud" symbolizes the extension of dreams and emotional expression. The inner significance lies in connecting rationality and sensitivity to realize dreams. Through the Zhiyun Pavilion, we hope to convey the excellence of Taiwan's textiles, allowing you to experience the beauty of textiles around you and to feel closer to Taiwan's textile industry. The Zhiyun Pavilion officially opened on May 15, 2013, and is available for visits by appointment. It regularly hosts exhibitions and promotional activities. Guided tours of the machinery help visitors understand the textile manufacturing process, and detailed explanations allow the public to learn about the applications and fashion trends of textiles. It also collects and displays high-quality products made in Taiwan, providing a new marketing channel for Taiwan's competitive textile manufacturing industry.
