Weaving Cloud Pavilion Introduction
The Weaving Cloud Hall is located in the Douliu Zhuweizi Industrial Park and serves as a branch of the Textile Industry Comprehensive Research Institute. Its goals include promoting high-quality Taiwanese textiles, deepening textile design, and advancing the service-oriented manufacturing industry. The name "Weaving Cloud" directly signifies "weaving" in Yunlin; "weaving" represents practical operations and rational presentation, while "cloud" symbolizes the extension of dreams and emotional expression. Its intrinsic meaning lies in connecting reason and emotion to realize dreams. Through the Weaving Cloud Hall, it aims to showcase the excellence of Taiwanese textiles, provide an appreciation of their quality, and bring visitors closer to Taiwanese textiles, allowing them to experience the wonders of textiles around them. The Weaving Cloud Hall officially opened on May 15, 2013, and is accessible for visits by appointment. it periodically hosts product exhibitions and promotional events. Guided tours of machinery help visitors understand the manufacturing processes of textiles, and detailed explanations allow the public to learn about textile applications and fashion trends. It gathers high-quality Taiwanese-made products for display and sale, providing a new marketing channel for the competitive textile manufacturing industry in Taiwan.
