Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Introduction
In Memory of Hometown Flavors. Forty years ago, a retired veteran reminisced about the taste of his hometown cuisine and began to create dishes that reflected those flavors, seeking to soothe his homesickness. After tasting his own creations, he opened a restaurant, offering authentic Chinese cuisine that wins over everyone's palate. This is "Mainland Cuisine" located next to the Wufeng Temple in Zhongpu Township. The restaurant has been in operation for over forty years and is currently run by the second-generation owner, Yang Songtao, who has inherited and improved upon his father's culinary skills, bringing a wider variety of Chinese delicacies that differ from typical Taiwanese flavors.
