Jia Ming Tea Garden Introduction
Jiaming Tea Garden is located on the Wuhu Plateau and is famous for its Tianhe tea throughout Taiwan. For over thirty years, the garden's owner, Gao Zhaoxu, and his wife have continuously developed and improved new varieties, while also serving as the leader of the Tianhe tea production and marketing team, collaborating with the government to promote non-toxic agricultural cultivation. This effort unexpectedly led to the development of a uniquely flavored honey-scented black tea. Made from large-leaf oolong tea, the fully fermented black tea has a champagne-colored infusion with a honey taste and occasional notes of osmanthus. The tea varieties grown include: large-leaf oolong tea, green heart oolong tea, Jin Xuan tea, and Jade tea.
