Jioudou Leisure Farm Introduction
In 1997, due to his father's severe liver cirrhosis, Luo decided to return home to run an organic farm, hoping that organic diet and croquet would improve his father's condition, which subsequently came true. Initially, the farm only grew organic vegetables in 12 greenhouse facilities. Recognizing the effectiveness of organic dietary therapy, additional facilities such as a packaging plant, compost house, cold storage, and pressure pre-cooling room were gradually constructed. In July 2002, a refrigerated storage for sorting was added, and the selling method was completely changed to home delivery throughout Taiwan, providing consumers with fresher vegetable and fruit quality. The farm also introduced "polysaccharide biotechnology," which not only eliminates soil contamination but also revitalizes soil ecology, enhances plant immunity, and reduces the occurrence of pests and diseases. As a result, the fruits and vegetables we consume can also aid in detoxification.
