Jiudou Leisure Farm Introduction
In 1997, due to his father's severe liver cirrhosis, the farm manager decided to return home to run an organic farm, hoping that organic food and croquet could help improve his father's condition, which indeed happened. Initially, the farm only grew organic vegetables in 12 greenhouse facilities. Recognizing the effectiveness of organic healing through diet, they later added a packaging facility, compost house, refrigeration storage, and a pressure precooled room. In July 2002, a refrigerated sorting room was added, and they transitioned to a home delivery sales model across Taiwan, providing consumers with fresher fruits and vegetables. They also introduced "polysaccharide biotechnology," which not only eliminates pollutants from the soil but also revitalizes the soil's ecosystem, enhances plant immunity, and reduces the occurrence of pests and diseases, allowing us to achieve detoxification through consuming these fruits and vegetables.
