Jiudou Leisure Farm Introduction
In 1997, due to his father's severe liver cirrhosis, Lu Changzhang decided to return home to manage an organic farm, hoping that organic food and croquet could improve his father's condition, which eventually came true. Initially, the farm only cultivated organic vegetables in 12 greenhouse facilities. Given the effectiveness of organic dietary therapy, a packaging plant, compost house, cold storage, and pressure pre-cooling room were subsequently added. In July 2002, a refrigerated cargo storage was established, and the sales method was fully transitioned to delivery throughout Taiwan, providing consumers with fresher quality fruits and vegetables. Additionally, "Glycan Biotechnology" was introduced, which not only eliminates soil pollution but also revitalizes soil ecology, enhances plant immunity, and reduces pest occurrences. Consuming these fruits and vegetables also helps detoxify our bodies.
