Jiu Dou Leisure Farm Introduction
In 1997, due to his father's severe liver cirrhosis, the farm manager decided to return home to run an organic farm, hoping that organic diet and croquet sports would improve his father's condition, which indeed happened. Initially, the farm had only 12 greenhouses to grow organic vegetables. Given the effectiveness of organic dietary therapy, the farm gradually added a packaging facility, a compost barn, a cold storage room, and a low-pressure pre-cooling room. In July 2002, a refrigerated warehouse for sorting was added, and the sales method shifted to direct home delivery across Taiwan, providing consumers with fresher fruits and vegetables. Additionally, the farm introduced "Polysaccharide Biotechnology," which not only eliminates pollutants in the soil but also revitalizes the soil ecosystem, enhances plant immunity, and reduces pest occurrences. By consuming these fruits and vegetables, we can also achieve detoxification benefits.
