The theme of the second floor exhibition is "Carrying Heavy Burdens, Treading Difficult Paths," centered on Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo and the ten major construction projects he promoted. It displays the political, economic, and diplomatic developments starting from the 1970s and how Taiwan overcame difficulties to progress.
