Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park Introduction
Daxi Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park is located next to the Cihu parking lot. The park features statues of Chiang Kai-shek donated from across the country, allowing visitors to learn about the President's historical contributions. The largest statue in the park was donated by Kaohsiung City and is named "Wounds and Rebirth" after restoration, prominently displayed on the lawn. Today, the park houses nearly two hundred statues, including familiar full-body and bust sculptures, mostly donated by schools or organizations, as well as seated and mounted figures. Each sculpture holds artistic value. The entire park is interconnected by pathways that link the locations of the statues, along with landscaped gardens and gentle streams, creating a charming atmosphere.
