Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park Introduction
Daxi Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park is located next to the Cihu parking lot. The park features bronze statues of President Chiang Kai-shek donated from various places across the country, allowing visitors to learn about his accomplishments. The largest statue in the park was donated by Kaohsiung City, restored, and named "Wounds and Rebirth," which is prominently displayed on the lawn. Currently, there are nearly two hundred bronze statues, including full-body and bust representations, mostly donated by schools or organizations. Additionally, there are sculptures depicting seated and mounted figures, each carrying artistic value. The entire park is connected by walking paths leading to the locations of the statues, along with beautifully landscaped gardens and small bridges over flowing water, creating an elegant atmosphere.
