Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park Introduction
Daxi Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park is located next to the Cihu parking lot. The park features statues of Chiang Kai-shek donated from across the country, allowing visitors to learn about the achievements of President Chiang. The largest statue in the park was donated by Kaohsiung City, has been restored, and is titled "Wound and Rebirth," displayed independently on the park lawn. Today, the park houses nearly two hundred statues, including familiar full-body and bust sculptures, most of which were donated by schools or institutions, alongside seated and mounted figures, each possessing artistic value. The entire area is connected by pathways that link the placement of the statues, complemented by garden landscaping and small bridges, creating a very elegant environment.
