Cassiopeia Diar's Paradise (King Car Whisky Distillery) Introduction
The Kinjiriko Castella Factory, which originated from long-established Nagasaki cakes, features a dreamlike name—“Castella Land.” In this park, visitors can witness the complete process of Castella cake production, learn about Kinjiriko's commitment to food quality, participate in enjoyable DIY courses, or relax with a leisurely afternoon tea. Established in 2014, the cake factory utilizes solar power and recycles waste heat and rainwater, making it a green building and eco-friendly tourist attraction. The three-story indoor facility combines factory production, parent-child experiences, light dining, and souvenir shopping areas, allowing families to enjoy delightful dessert experiences together. Upon entering Castella Land, visitors are greeted by three stunning egg-shaped installations, each serving different functions, featuring cutting-edge surround projections and interactive spaces where guests can have fun. The installations also take us back to the moment of embarking on the magical adventure of Castella, illustrated through a detailed nautical map that explains Castella's past and future prospects. In collaboration with well-known contemporary illustrators, Castella Land showcases profound historical tales through playful strokes. The DIY courses in the park are particularly loved by both kids and adults, encouraging visitors to unleash their rich imagination and spark endless creativity, complemented by little surprises along the glowing tunnel, leaving everyone with unforgettable memories.
