Daxi Puchih Temple Introduction

Puzhi Temple was founded in 1902 and is dedicated to the Three Holy Graces (Lord Guan, Tudi Gong, and the Heavenly General). With a history of over a century, it serves as the faith center of Daxi. The birthday celebration of Lord Guan on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month is the largest event in the area, regarded as Daxi's second New Year. In addition, during the Spring Festival, Puzhi Temple, which sees a steady flow of devotees, is an important temple for praying for blessings. After worshipping, visitors can also stroll along Daxi Old Street, enjoying the spring scenery.

Transportation Methods:- Take the Taoyuan Bus Route 5000 (Taoyuan – Zhishan High School via Dasi), 5090 (Taoyuan – Shangbaling – Linbankou), 5091 (Zhongli – Shangbaling – Linbankou), 5096 (Taoyuan – Dasi via Gengliaojiao), 5098 (Zhongli – Dasi via Guanluqu), 5101 (Yingge – Dasi via Zhongxin), 5112 (Zhongli – Dasi via Bade), or the Jieshun Transportation Route 710 (Dasi – MRT Yongning Station) and get off at Xinjietou Station, then walk about 500 meters to reach. - Take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Route 502 (Xiao Wulai...)


Parking Information:1. Qiaotou Parking Lot has 15 large vehicle spaces and 418 small vehicle spaces. 2. The parking lot in front of the office has 45 small vehicle spaces. 3. Ding Er Parking Lot has 82 small vehicle spaces. 4. Yue Mei Parking Lot has 8 large vehicle spaces and 130 small vehicle spaces. 5. There is a parking lot available at the temple.

Remarks:■It is relatively difficult to find parking spaces when driving; it is recommended to use public transportation. ■The parking lot inside the temple is only available for the vehicles of worshippers.
