Daxi Puji Temple Introduction

Puzhi Temple was founded in 1902 and is dedicated to the Three Holy Benefactors (Guandi, Fuyoxianzu, and Jiutian Siming). With a history of over a hundred years, it serves as the center of faith in Daxi. The birthday celebration of Guandi on the 24th day of the 6th lunar month is the largest event in the area and is regarded as the second New Year for Daxi. In addition, Puzhi Temple, which is usually bustling with worshippers, also serves as an important temple for people to pray for blessings during the Spring Festival. After visiting, one can stroll along Daxi Old Street to continue the festive atmosphere.

Transportation Methods:- Take the Taoyuan Bus Line 5000 (Taoyuan – Zhishan High School via Daxi), Line 5090 (Taoyuan – Shangbalin – Linbankou), Line 5091 (Zhongli – Shangbalin – Linbankou), Line 5096 (Taoyuan – Daxi via Gengliaojiao), Line 5098 (Zhongli – Daxi via Guanluchui), Line 5101 (Yingge – Daxi via Zhongxin), Line 5112 (Zhongli – Daxi via Bade), and Jieshun Transportation Line 710 (Daxi – MRT Yongning Station) and get off at Xinjiewei Station, then walk about 500 meters to reach your destination. - Take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Line 502 (Xiaowulai...)


Parking Information:1. Qiaotou Parking Lot has 15 large vehicle spaces and 418 small vehicle spaces. 2. The parking lot in front of the office has 45 small vehicle spaces. 3. The No. 2 Parking Lot has 82 small vehicle spaces. 4. Yuebei Parking Lot has 8 large vehicle spaces and 130 small vehicle spaces. 5. There is a parking lot available at the temple.

Remarks:■It's relatively difficult to find parking when driving, so it's recommended to use public transportation. ■The parking lot inside the temple is only for the use of worshippers' vehicles.
