Daxi Wood Art Ecology Museum - Feng Fei-fei Story Museum Introduction

During the Japanese era, it was known as the "Daxi District Office Police Section Chief's Residence." At that time, the Daxi District also included the current Fuxing District of Taoyuan City and Jian Shi Township of Hsinchu County. The police section was responsible for managing the relationship between Daxi and the mountain tribes. From the Japanese era until 2015, the police leaders of the Daxi area lived here, which is why it is well-preserved. It was registered as a historical building on August 29, 2012. This building is the best-preserved and largest standalone Japanese-style dormitory among the Daxi Police Station dormitory complex. Starting in 2022, it has been operated by the Dakekan Cultural and Educational Foundation, and currently features the permanent exhibition "The Singing Girl in Daxi - The Story of Feng Fei-Fei" at the Feng Fei-Fei Story Museum.
