Soft Bridge Community Introduction
As you travel along the Nanqing Highway towards Wufeng, you enter the "Ruanqiao Community," with beautiful scenery stretching endlessly. On the canal road of Zhudong Irrigation System sits the Ruanqiao Branch of the Guishan Hydroelectric Power Plant, the smallest unmanned hydropower plant in Taiwan. Taiwan Power Company has planned it as a hydropower memorial park, rich in educational significance. The "Community Paintings" are also a major feature of the community.
