Feifeng Mountain Trail Introduction
Feifeng Mountain has an elevation of 435.5 meters and is the highest peak of Jiuyun Mountain. It is named for its resemblance to a flying phoenix stretching its neck and preparing to descend. The mountain is filled with white plums, azaleas, and peacock flowers, and its appearance changes with the seasons. Within the mountain area, there are many scenic spots such as Yun Valley Temple, Daiquan Hall, Ganying Bridge, New Phoenix Pool, and Lotus Pond. Visitors can stroll along the shady paths, where a gentle breeze comes, and the summer heat dissipates. The scattered peacock trees on Feifeng Mountain bloom in bright red during the summer, while the plum blossoms are snow-white in winter. Feifeng Mountain has historically been listed as one of the eight scenic spots of Zhuzhong County. The back mountain has trails established by the county government for hiking, enjoying the outdoors, and taking in the views.
