Kang Hsi Township has an area of approximately 18 hectares dedicated to strawberry cultivation, mainly distributed along County Highway 118 and also along Provincial Highway 3. It is the largest strawberry farming area in Hsinchu County. The strawberry cultivation in Kang Hsi is not limited to soil cultivation but primarily uses the hole planting method, which results in larger fruits and better quality.
