Sanmao's Residence Introduction
Located fifty meters above the suspension bridge in Taoshan Village, it is the former residence of the renowned Taiwanese female writer San Mao. San Mao said, "Silence is the voice of nature, it is being alone but not lonely." Throughout her solitary life, San Mao left behind a quiet house that is not lonely and countless literary praises of the beauty of clear springs, adding a beautiful story to this stunning forest. Today, "San Mao's Dream House" is adorned with many historical documents related to San Mao's life, along with photographs of her taken with Father Ding Songqing. Standing in front of the red brick house, one inadvertently recalls the past, letting the thoughts drift along with San Mao, feeling her exquisite sighs that echo in the intersection of time and space.
