Sanmao's Home Introduction
Located fifty meters above the Taoshang Village Suspension Bridge, this was the residence of the late renowned female writer Sanmao. Sanmao once said, "Silence is the sound of nature’s hush, being alone but not lonely." Throughout her solitary life, Sanmao left behind a tranquil house that is not lonely and numerous literary works that praise the beauty of clear springs, adding a beautiful tale to this picturesque mountain forest. Today, "Sanmao Dream House" is filled with many historical materials and photographs of Sanmao provided by Father Ding Songqing. Standing in front of the red brick house, one inadvertently recalls the past, and thoughts drift along with Sanmao, feeling her beautiful sighs that linger in the intertwining of time and space.
