Sanmao's Residence Introduction
Located fifty meters above the suspension bridge in Taoshang Village, it was the residence of the late renowned female writer Sanmao. Sanmao once said, "Silence is the hush of nature, it means being alone, but not lonely." Throughout her life filled with solitude, Sanmao left behind a tranquil house and countless literary praises of the beauty of water springs, adding a beautiful story to this area of stunning mountains. Today, the "Sanmao Dream House" is furnished with many historical documents and photos of Sanmao provided by Father Ding Songqing taken during her lifetime. Standing in front of the brick house, one unwittingly travels back in time, and thoughts drift alongside Sanmao, feeling her beautiful sighs suspended in the intersection of time and space.
