Opened in June 1994, it covers a total area of 68.5 hectares, with the fairways meticulously planned and designed by renowned American golf course designer Gordon Lewis. The overall construction was carried out by Kumagai Gumi, a Japanese company affiliated with the Taiwanese firm Huasheng Construction. Due to the ample fairway base, the width of the fairways allows for more margin of error than typical courses, making it easier for amateur golfers to achieve their dream of breaking 100.
