The Qiunglin Lu-Liao-Keng Zhong's Family Residence is the home of the Zhong family, who were tea growers. In the past, it had a large tea plantation and employed many workers to assist in tea cultivation and harvesting. Built according to the terrain, the structure features a five-section building that is grand in scale. Due to changes in the landscape, the right section of the house has two levels, a construction style that is quite rare. The complex also includes a tea factory, chicken coop, pigpen, and other buildings, showcasing simple and natural craftsmanship. It holds significant local historical, cultural, and artistic value and is considered rare.
