Shuqi Cultural Center Introduction
The establishment of the Shuqilin Cultural Center was initiated in response to the "Local Cultural Center Program" promoted by the Council for Cultural Affairs in 2003. The Hsinchu County government aimed to address the issues of the underutilized space at the "Hsinchu County Agricultural Products Exhibition Center" and its improper usage. Therefore, they repurposed the old building of the Agricultural Products Exhibition Center and redesigned it into the Shuqilin Cultural Center. The center features exhibition halls, a performance hall, conference rooms, and classrooms for workshops. Through various exhibitions and performances, it promotes diverse arts and cultural activities and conducts in-depth cultural training, enhancing the overall quality of cultural life in the Zhudong area.
