The Xiluo Yanping Old Street Cultural Center, originally the Jiefa Qianji Tea House of the Xu family, features a stunning combination of Chinese, Japanese, and Western architecture. It has been generously provided for use by local arts organizations and community colleges. This traditional three-section building consists of a tea house, a hall, and a courtyard, and is considered a classic example of the fusion of Han, Japanese, and Western architectural styles.
