Yuangong Temple Introduction

Located in Liuliao, Qixing Village, also known as Lion Rock Cave, it sits atop a mountain and is the earliest temple built within the Shitoushan Temple complex. Founded in the 21st year of the Guangxu Era (1895) by Master Pujie, he is considered the ancestor of the Shitoushan Buddhist realm. Later, the land was donated by Ceng Xiuchun of Fuxing Village, where a hall was built in front of the cave to worship Guanyin Bodhisattva and Shakyamuni.
