Lurax Suspension Bridge Introduction
The Lulaks Suspension Bridge is located in Likou Village, Jinfu Township, Taitung County, and spans across the Jinlun River, serving as an important connection between Jinfu Township and Taimali Township. Originally constructed in 1955, it was destroyed in the 2009 Typhoon Morakot after half a century. Likou Village is primarily inhabited by the Paiwan and Rukai tribes. With the efforts of the villagers and various organizations, the Lulaks Suspension Bridge was rebuilt in 2017 with a modern and innovative design, once again becoming a vital transportation route for Likou Village.
