Jialan Sky Walk Introduction
The Sky Walk is located in the lower right corner of Jialan Village in Jinfeng Township, on the cliffs of the Lawan Mountains along the right side of the Taimali River. It spans the Jinwan section of Lawan area, covering parcels 70 and 164, facing and overlooking the Lawan Bridge and Jialan Village. Situated in the middle and lower reaches of the Taimali River, the water flow varies dramatically throughout the seasons, sometimes crashing and sometimes gently flowing. The surrounding scenery changes constantly, with the walkway about 20 meters above the river surface. The walkway is approximately 200 meters long and 2.8 meters wide, with a transparent anti-slip reinforced glass panel every 2 meters, allowing views of the landscape below. The walkway winds along the river, rich in ecological plants and animals. Across from Jialan Village and the Lawan Bridge, the scenic view has become the most famous attraction in this area. After completion, the walkway connects Jialan Village, Lawan Bridge, and the Lalang Bridge, forming an approximately 6.7-kilometer loop bike path around the village. Along the way, visitors can appreciate the indigenous crops and flowers. You can also enjoy foot baths at the Jialan Hot Spring Park or soak in the Jinfeng Hot Springs, experiencing the leisure of Taitung.
