Erliao Sacred Tree Introduction
The Erliao Sacred Tree located in the Beipu Daling Community is the largest camphor tree in Taiwan's plains and the only sacred tree that can be accessed by car. The age of the Erliao Sacred Tree is estimated to be over 500 years. It is also situated at the entrance of the Erliao Ancient Trail, where visitors can see artificially cultivated bamboo forests, acacia trees, camphor trees, and rice straw bamboo along the way. Each season offers a different experience when visiting.
