Jin Yi Kung Wan Cultural Center Introduction
In 2002, Jin Yi Kong Wan decisively transitioned from food and souvenirs to educational and entertaining cultural services, starting a "local cultural and historical guided tour" and launching the fun and delicious "Kong Wan DIY teaching." This allows both children and adults to experience the most traditional handmade production of Hsinchu Kong Wan, while also passing down the hard work and unique skills of the first and second generations of Jin Yi Kong Wan. During the experience of traditional hand-rolled and hand-formed Kong Wan, participants also learn to appreciate and be content with their resources. After completing the process, they can enjoy the Kong Wan soup they made themselves.
