Cheng Family Temple Introduction
The Zheng Family Ancestral Temple, built in 1823, is a single courtyard structure with three openings and two sections. In front of the temple, there are two pairs of flagpole bases that were moved from the Zheng residence, with only the bases and the supporting stones remaining. The most unique feature of this building is the hexagram pavement in front of the main entrance, which demonstrates the Zheng family’s emphasis on strict layout and feng shui principles.
