Fruit Trade Community Introduction
Guomao Community, also known as Bihai New Village, is located near Zuoying Naval Port. It was formerly known as Guomao Third Village, a military dependents' village that was the largest of its kind in southern Taiwan, with a peak population of nearly 10,000 people. Due to aging buildings, it was redeveloped into a collective residential area, completed in 1985. The main structure consists of 13 buildings divided into three districts: Guomao, Guohui, and Guofeng, providing housing for former military dependents and low to moderate-income households, accommodating over 2,000 households.
