It later expanded into a glass distributor, providing not only glass materials but also cutting services. Today, with advancements in industry technology and automation, it supplies a diverse range of products including furniture glass, bathroom glass, engineering glass, and tableware glass, serving a clientele that spans the glass industry, bathroom industry, construction industry, gift industry, and trade industry. The company adheres to the management philosophy of "modernizing technology, artistic management, and international marketing." Its spirit lies in executing internal management in an artistic and humanistic manner; striving to surpass advanced countries by consistently introducing precision equipment to maintain a leading technological position, while continuously innovating and researching to produce the finest products that showcase the beauty of Taiwan and are marketed internationally, establishing a sustainable operation for Tai Ming Jiang. Lukang is not only a cultural hub but also a glass town; recognizing the severe outflow of industries in the 1980s, some manufacturers insisted on remaining in Taiwan. Therefore, General Manager Lin Zhao-Sui decided that "staying in Taiwan to struggle is better than relocating to the mainland to perish," leading to the establishment of the "Taiwan Glass Museum." The main aspiration is to upgrade traditional manufacturing industries under the concept of combining education and product marketing, aimed at achieving four major business objectives: brand building, creative research and development, enjoyable learning, and quality service.
