Fucun Health Farm Introduction
Fucun Health Farm's owner formerly served for many years in hotels such as Grand Hotel Taipei and has cooked the private Zhejiang cuisine favored by Mr. Chiang Ching-kuo. After working over ten hours a day, years of hard work left the owner with only half a life. After being introduced by someone, he returned to his homeland and purchased four hectares of mountain forest to live a secluded life in the countryside. For the past ten years, he has distanced himself from urban prosperity; the farm cultivates over twenty types of fruits, adhering to no pesticide use and no chemical fertilizers, carefully creating an unpolluted health farm. Persimmons can be picked, and ecological education is planned. Under the guidance of several benefactors, various herbs have been cultivated and developed in the farm, healing numerous ailments of the owner and his mother-in-law. From the farm, one can overlook the winding Houlong River in the hilly landscape, with vast views. When visiting this place, it is easy to relax tense nerves and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
