Fucun Health Farm Introduction
The owner of Fucun Health Farm served for many years at hotels such as the Grand Hotel in Taipei and has cooked the private dishes of former President Chiang Ching-kuo, which he loved. After working long hours for many years, the owner became seriously ill. Through a recommendation, he returned to his hometown, purchased four hectares of forest land, and chose to live a reclusive life in the countryside. For the past decade, he has distanced himself from the hustle and bustle of the city; the farm now grows over twenty varieties of fruit, adhering to a no-pesticide and no-chemical-fertilizer policy, carefully creating a pollution-free health farm. Visitors can pick persimmons and participate in ecological education activities. Under the guidance of several benefactors, he has planted and developed various herbs on the farm, which have healed both him and his mother-in-law from various ailments. From the farm, one can overlook the meandering Houlong River winding through the hills, with an expansive view that allows for a natural relaxation of tense nerves while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
