GuYue Folk Museum Introduction
The Gu Yue Folk Museum was built on the site of the Tianhou Temple, which was demolished after being bombed during World War II. The construction took two years, starting in the first month of the year Jia Shen (January 2004) and completing in the fifth month of the year Bing Xu (May 2006). The museum aims to carry on Taiwan's traditional culture through a cleverly planned exhibition of limited space and unlimited collections, with a small-scale investment in construction.
