"Lugang Arts Village" was the main trade waterway during the Qing Dynasty and got its name "Osmanthus Lane" due to the fragrant osmanthus flowers planted in the area. It has now been transformed into Osmanthus Lane Arts Village, holding historical and cultural significance as the first arts village in Changhua County. The arts village hosts a diverse range of artists and groups, regularly organizing cultural and artistic activities. Its rich traditional craftsmanship and historic architectural style make it one of the important cultural heritages of Lugang.
