The Xinhechun Soy Sauce Factory was founded by Mr. Zhang Tuqiang during the Taisho period in Japan. With a century of heritage, it adheres to traditional brewing methods and follows principles of tradition and integrity in its operations. Throughout the years, it has remained consistent as one of the few century-old shops in Taiwan that still produces dry pure brewed soy sauce.
