Xinh He Chun Soy Sauce Factory was founded by Mr. Zhang Tuqiang during the Taisho period in Japan. With a century of heritage, it adheres to ancient brewing methods and maintains a traditional and conscientious business principle. It has remained consistent over the years and is one of the few remaining century-old stores in Taiwan producing purely brewed dry soy sauce.
