Xinhechun Soy Sauce Factory was established during the Taisho period in Japan by Mr. Zhang Tuqiang. With a century of tradition, it strictly adheres to ancient brewing methods and upholds the principles of traditional craftsmanship and integrity. It has consistently maintained its standards, making it one of the few remaining century-old establishments in Taiwan that produces dry, pure-brewed soy sauce.
