The Changhua County Natural Ecology Education Center is located near the Datou Creek mouth in Shengang Township, beside the Qing'an Waterway. This pure white building, nestled by the riverside, offers a dreamlike freshness with its green slopes, shimmering waves, and white wind turbines. The Ecology Center, with its dolphin-like structure, is affectionately nicknamed the "White Dolphin House," evoking romantic sentiments and conveying the mission of conservation.
