After being hit hard by food safety crises, Wu Ruiqi hopes this knowledge center can help people understand cookie baking and food safety in a simple and fun way. Every cookie produced at the Cookie Academy is top-quality and stylish. Changing the world with a cookie. In the initial stage of opening, it mainly focused on the development and OEM of Chinese and Western cookie gift boxes. Through continuous innovation and development, it gradually evolved from wedding cookie OEM to a bakery, from researching baking machines to owning its own brand, and from a two-person factory to a hundred-person factory, increasing production from originally 5 boxes a day to up to 40 tons or about 4 million cookies a day! Persistently doing, continuously doing. The Cookie Academy looks forward to promoting the improvement of living conditions and infrastructure in this rural area through the castle built in the hometown, gradually making the remote countryside a source of pride for every villager through the three main axes of "education, environment, and local development."

Transportation Methods：Distance from Taichung City: 30 minutes Distance from Lugang Old Town: 15 minutes Distance from National Highway No. 3: 15 minutes Distance from Taiwan High Speed Rail: 30 minutes ★ Cookie Castle Location: No. 5, Lane 501, Caofeng Road, Xianxi Township, Changhua County 507 1. Arriving by Highway: You can take National Highway No. 3 and exit at the "Hemei Interchange" heading towards Shengang. Then follow Meigang Road, turn left onto Taiwan State Highway No. 17, continue straight, and turn left onto Caofeng Road. You will see a castle-like building, which is the Cookie Academy filled with the aroma of cookies. (The journey takes about 10 minutes!) If you are arriving from National Highway No. 1, you can exit at the "Changhua Interchange" towards Xiushui and Lugang. Then connect to Xindong Road, turn left onto Zhangmei Road, and continue until you reach Daozhou Road. When you see the Hexian Road, please turn left. After passing 4 traffic lights, you will reach the intersection of Caofeng Road; turn left, and after a while, you will see a castle-shaped building, which is the Cookie Academy! 2. Arriving from the City: 1. From the Lugang direction, take Taiwan State Highway No. 17 until 27 km, then turn right onto Caofeng Road, and you will reach the Cookie Academy! (It takes only 10 minutes from Lugang City to the Cookie Academy!) 2. If coming from Hemei or Changhua areas, turn left onto Caofeng Road from Hexian Road, and if you see a castle on Caofeng Road, that is the Cookie Academy! 3. Arriving from Expressways: 1. Heading north on the Western Coastal Expressway, turn right at exit 170 onto Zhonghua Road, then turn left onto Taiwan State Highway No. 17. Continue straight, and at 27 km, turn right onto Caofeng Road, where you will find the Cookie Academy. 2. Heading south on the Western Coastal Expressway, turn left at exit 169 onto Zhonghua Road, then turn right onto Taiwan State Highway No. 17. Continue straight, and at 27 km, turn left onto Caofeng Road, where you will find the Cookie Academy. 4. Public Transportation: Currently, transport in Xianxi is less developed, so if visiting by public transportation, you need to take a train or a highway bus to Changhua Train Station. Then, at the Changhua Bus Station across from the train station, you can take bus No. 6904 (please check the schedule here) and get off at the "Gouneilu" bus stop. After that, walk to Caofeng Road, which takes about 8 minutes to reach the Cookie Academy.
