Kumquat Leisure Park Introduction

Fresh fruit contains abundant vitamin C, leading enthusiasts to discover it and refer to it as the "Holy Fruit" of kumquats, which originated in Jiuru Township, Pingtung County. In 2001, the Pingtung County Kumquat Production Cooperative was established, when it was discovered that due to differing harvest times and seasons, the market prices of lemons and kumquats were unstable, leading to unsold stock. Hence, in 2003, Dingxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded, initiating the production process of lemon and kumquat juice. By purchasing and processing large quantities, they aimed to use fresh juice to meet market demands during periods of low production, thereby creating significant business opportunities and channels for local agricultural products.
