He-Po Park Introduction
The Ligang Riverside Embankment was built in the past to prevent floodwater from entering the village. It had long been filled with garbage and overgrown with weeds. In recent years, with the rise of environmental awareness, the community has increasingly recognized the need to beautify the embankment. As a response, the Riverbank Park, constructed by the 7th River Management Office, emerged. Under the joint efforts of the Township Office, the Ali Gang Cultural Association, and numerous volunteers, the Ligang Riverside has become one of the famous attractions in Ligang Township. The park retains coconut trees previously planted by farmers, and the surrounding area has been planned as a sports trail. Each morning and evening, it often attracts local residents for exercise and walks, becoming a prime spot for recreational activities.
