Wu Shi Bi Introduction

Wushi Beach is located at a cape in Nanfang'ao Village, Changbin Township, protruding into the sea. It is named because it resembles a human nose sticking out from a distance. The charming Wushi Beach features the largest columnar basalt formation in Taiwan, with its dark volcanic rocks jutting into the ocean, a product of volcanic lava eruptions. The area surrounding Wushi Beach boasts diverse intertidal ecology and marine erosion landforms, while the nearby waters are rich in plankton and fish, making it a paradise for rock fishing and diving on the East Coast. Especially in February each year, during the season for catching white mullet, one can see the coastline filled with anglers, all enjoying the fun of fishing with their rods.
