Lintou Beach Introduction
Along the tree-lined avenue leading to Lintou Beach, you can directly access the beach itself. Lintou Beach has been shaped by the accumulation and deposition of sea currents, extending from Longmen across to Lintou, and further from Lintou to Aimen. This beautiful golden sandy beach is composed of coral and shell fragments, as well as the remains of foraminifera. Historically, Lintou Beach was regarded by local villagers as an important fishing ground for traditional "Qianwu" fishing. Today, with the development of tourism in Penghu, Lintou Beach has become a famous paradise for water activities. Compared to other beaches, Lintou Beach is quieter and more serene since it is located within Lintou Park, making it an excellent place for relaxation and stress relief. Lintou Beach is connected to Aimen Beach, with the sands covered in fine golden grains. When you scoop up a handful of sand, its texture is delicate, resembling holding gold sand visually. On the land adjacent to the beach, coastal plants grow in layers, orderly, presenting a unique scene that differs from other beaches. The blue sea meets the clear blue sky and golden sand, and as the waves crash upon the shore, if you have time, it’s worth dipping your toes in the water for a bit of fun. 【Recommended stay time】 1 hour
