Yu Sheng Temple Introduction
Main Deity: Jade Emperor Festival Date: 9th day of the first month in the lunar calendar Address: No. 1, Baikeng Village, Huxi Township This is the first temple in the Penghu area dedicated to the "Jade Emperor," established during the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, over 300 years ago. The temple has undergone four reconstructions, and in 2004, it was rebuilt with an area of 609.89 square meters, covering a total land area of 184.48 ping. It features a grand architecture facing southeast from a northwest direction and is the first temple in Huxi Township designed in a courtyard style.
