Hsinshan Railway Station Introduction

Xiangshan Railway Station was built in 1928 and is a typical wooden building of the "Muko" style. The biggest feature of this style is the gable ends on both sides of the roof, which extend outwards to form a triangular eave of equal width. With over seventy years of history, Xiangshan Railway Station, although a small station among the railway stations, is currently the only existing cypress wood-built fire station in the country, making it one of the oldest among all railway stations in Taiwan.
