Seventeen Kilometers Coast Scenic Area Visitor Center Introduction
The Tourist Service Center at Nanfeng Fishing Port was completed in July 2006 and is a new attraction in the 17km Coastal Scenic Area of Hsinchu City. The center has a total floor area of 1,174 square meters, featuring a blue and white exterior design with a circular roof and cylindrical observation deck. The five-story structure retains a viewing area at the top of the bridge, and the observation deck reaches a height of 29 meters, equipped with a scenic elevator, natural lighting, night illumination, and handrail services for convenience. From the observation deck, visitors can enjoy a 360-degree view of the beautiful sea scenery and night vistas. To highlight the rich industrial resources of Hsinchu's traditional glass craftsmanship, the building's exterior incorporates eco-friendly glass, showcasing the unique appearance of a ship's deck and bridge. Inside, there are exhibition cabinets for traditional industries, promoting Hsinchu's特色. The Tourist Service Center is adjacent to Shell Park and the old harbor recreational area, with beautifully landscaped surroundings, integrating into a multifunctional area for tourism, leisure, and entertainment.
