Shimen Wedding Dress Square Introduction
Shimen Wedding Plaza, located in the Shimen District of New Taipei City, is the first wedding plaza in Taiwan, officially opened on March 9, 2008. It is situated by the seaside in front of the new Shibawang Temple, along Provincial Highway 2 at the 24K mark in Shimen District. The plaza continues the popularity of the 2005 event "North Coast Wedding Photography," and aims to establish a distinctive tourist attraction in the northern coast area. More than 8 million NTD was spent to transform the original iron sheet vendor area into the first wedding plaza, providing a space for visitors to take photos.
