Qingshan Waterfall Introduction
Qingshan Waterfall is located in the Shimen District, upstream of Laomei Creek near Jianshan Lake, formerly known as Jianshan Lake Waterfall. It has a height of about ten meters, with abundant water flow and a majestic presence. It is situated within the Yangmingshan National Park. A pleasant and shaded trail of approximately 1.3 kilometers has been established leading to Qingshan Waterfall, making it an ideal destination for family outings on weekends. Due to the geological fault in the valley, Qingshan Waterfall has a drop of about three stories and is classified as a sloped waterfall. Backed by the towering and magnificent Zhuzihu Mountain, the water flow is spectacular, and the pool area is large, with crystal-clear and refreshing water. It also connects two adjacent deep pools, offering beautiful scenery. Watching the waterfall cascade down from the cliff, splashing countless droplets, while feeling the gentle breeze in the forest and listening to the soothing sound of the waterfall creates a tranquil and serene atmosphere.
