Qingshan Waterfall Introduction
Qingshan Waterfall is located in the Shimen District, around the upper reaches of Laomei Creek near Jianshan Lake, formerly known as Jianshan Lake Waterfall. It stands about ten meters tall, with abundant water flow and magnificent momentum. It is within the Yangmingshan National Park, and a gentle, comfortable trail about 1.3 kilometers long has been developed, leading to Qingshan Waterfall, making it suitable for family outings on weekends. Due to the valley's fault, Qingshan Waterfall has a drop of about three stories, categorized as a cascading waterfall, and with the majestic Zhuzihshan (Bamboo Mountain) behind it, the water flow is spectacular. The pool area is also large, with crystal clear water that is sweet and refreshing, connecting two adjacent deep pools, creating a beautiful scenery. Watching the waterfall cascade down from the cliff, spraying countless water droplets, while feeling the gentle breeze through the mountains and listening to the babbling sound of the waterfall, brings a sense of serenity and peace.
